Your nervous system is part of your leadership strategy. 🧠⚡️
We talk about leadership as though it’s primarily cognitive.
Strategy.
Communication.
Decision-making.
Vision.
Execution.
But leaders don’t always make decisions from a the left brain or the right brain…🧠
You make decisions from the body.
Your nervous system.
Your history.
A set of learned patterns.
A physiological state.
Which raises a different leadership question:
What state are you leading from?
Because the quality of your decisions isn’t influenced only by what you know.
It’s influenced by your capacity to access what you know, in your authority.
I’ve spent decades exploring the intersection of ancient wisdom, modern healing, nervous-system regulation, intuition and conscious leadership.
And increasingly, I believe the conversation isn’t simply:
How do we become better leaders?
It’s:
How do we become more ourselves while we lead?
That’s the inner job.
